Section 7A, 7AA girls basketball semifinals

Wednesday was a big night on the prep courts for the Section 7A, 7AA girl’s basketball semifinals.

For the Section 7AA semifinals the first game of the day pitted Proctor against Pequot.

It was a close game, but Proctor falls 57-45 as the Patriots move on.

They would play the winner of No.2 Esko against No.3 Pierz.

Another tightly contested game saw Pierz winning 48-42, they will face Pequot next.

In section 7A it was No. 1 Mountain Iron-Buhl against Chisholm.

MIB won big 90-28, they will take on Cromewell-Wright who had a come back win in the second half against Ely 52-45.
