Tech Bytes: First Gen iPhone open for bidding

The company says two billion people are now using it’s iPhones, iPads, Macs and other devices.
CEO Tim Cook credits Apple’s record sales in 2021 for it’s rapid growth. Apple only surpassed one billion user in 2016.

Netflix is teaming up with General Motors, with a plan to feature more electric vehicles in it’s programming, and their marketing campaign will begin with a Super Bowl ad. They say their goal is to speed up the world’s transition from fossil fuel vehicles to electric ones.

A factory sealed first generation iPhone just hit the auction block. It’s expected to fetch $50,000. It cost about $600 when it debuted in 2007. It has a 3.5”screen and a 2 megapixel camera.
