Two Duluth men face federal charges related to methamphetamine and fentanyl
Two Duluth men have been indicted on federal drug crimes.
The U.S. Attorney’s office said Tisco Cooks, 35, and Cole Heyn, 25, conspired together to distribute quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
This was allegedly from spring of 2020 to July of 2022.
Cooks and Heyn are currently in custody and will make their initial appearances in U.S. District Court at a later date.
This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, and the Duluth Police Department.
