Recipe: Chef Stuart’s Minnesota Sushi

Chef Stuart Gordon shared how he likes to make “Minnesota Sushi,” a favorite party snack.

Ingredients:

  • Ham
  • Pickle spears
  • Sliced cheese (He used smoked gouda)
  • Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  • Layer a slice of cheese on top of your slice of ham. Spread a small dab of Dijon on the cheese.
  • Wrap pickle spear.
  • For extra flavor, sear on a skillet until ham is browned.
