Snowfall totals for March 11-12 storm
The second weekend of March featured significant snow accumulation in the Northland. Travel deteriorated from the west Saturday morning and afternoon, then snow continued to impact travel on Sunday. By Monday morning, the responsible weather system was making its exit and all that lingered was light snow for parts of the South Shore of Lake Superior.
