Chef Stuart’s Potato Pancakes

Chef Stuart shows us how to make a Korean inspired potato pancake.
Ingredients
-2c Julienned Napa cabbage
-2c Matchstick potato
-½c Matchstick carrot
-1c Ground instant oats (oat flour)
-½c Water
-1T Corn starch
-2 eggs
-1T Soy sauce
-1t Garlic powder
-1t Onion powder
-1t Ginger powder
Suggested toppings:
-Sour Cream
-Applesauce
-Sambal
Heat a pan on medium high.
Add to a mixing bowl cabbage, potato, carrots, ground instant oats, two eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger powder. Make a slurry out of the water and cornstarch and add to the mixing bowl as well. Mix until a consistent texture has formed.
Butter your heated pan.
Grab a handful of your mix and press into your pan in the shape of a pancake. Wait a few minutes until golden brown and then slip. Serve with different toppings.
