Bridges help strengthen the largest muscle group in the body, according to Brigette Williams from Living Balanced.
A bridge is low impact and easy on the joints and strengthens the glutes, hamstring, quads, low back, and core. It can help reduce low back pain.
Williams recommends starting with the basic glute bridge, aiming for three sets of 10-15 reps.
