UMD men’s and women’s basketball claim wins over U-Marry

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s and women’s basketball teams were both in action on Saturday against the U-Marry Marauders.

The men’s squad took a 10 game winning streak into the game Saturday.

After a quick start back stopped by Drew Blair and Joshua Brown. Who together combined for 43 points on the night.

As UMD won 77-64, extending their win streak to 11 games.

On the women’s side of the court, UMD was also against the U-Marry Marauders.

Sarah Grow, and Payton Kahl each recorded 12 points in the game. As the Bulldogs won by the final of 73-67.

Next on the calender is Northern State University on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
