Warm and humid conditions will persist through Friday before conditions begin trending drier this weekend. Cooler conditions will continue by the lake with onshore flow. Enough daytime heating will continue to create afternoon thunderstorms that produce some gusty winds and large hail. The best chance of seeing stronger storm looks to be the 5-7pm time frame in Northern Wisconsin.
Sawyer county and communities like Hayward are the focal points as of now. Drier air will start to roll in Sunday afternoon. A cold front will move through the region on Monday and bring much drier air to the region through at least mid next week.
