A financial spat between Twitter and Google. According to platformer news, the social media company refuses to pay its Google Cloud bill. The $1B contract is up for renewal this month. The dispute may lead to some Twitter safety services going offline.
Microsoft is bringing Bing Voice Mode to its Edge browser on desktops. Users just select the microphone button on Bing’s chat box, and ask questions out loud, and yes Bing has its own voice to respond. Five languages including English can be used, but Microsoft says others are on the way.
Finally, and also from Microsoft, a new black version of the Xbox Series S game console. It has increased storage capacity of one terabyte. Pre-orders are being taken right now. It will be launched on September 1st, for just about $350.
