Motorcyclist dies after swerving to miss deer
One man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Exeland, Wisconsin.
The 911 call came in on July 4 just before 10 a.m.. When authorities arrived on the scene, they found that the motorcyclist Roger Mulroy, 63, had made an evasive maneuver to avoid hitting two deer in the road. The Siren man lost control of the 2012 Triumph motorcycle.
Roger Mulroy died at the scene. The passenger, Heidi Mulroy, 45, was taken to the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital for her injuries.
The Sawyer County Sheriff’s Deputies responded, assisted by the Sawyer County Ambulance Service, the Couderay and Raddison Fire Departments, and Life Link helicopter.
