The American Legion AAA Baseball Tournament is underway

Superior Post 435 swinging for state this week in Chippewa Falls. The Reds faced the host team in game one as the defense was fantastic and so was the offense.

Kell Piggott brings in the first run of the game off a high-flying swing as Superior holds onto a 3-0 lead throughout several innings.

In the fifth, George Hanson sends a ball to the rightfield allowing two more runs to score as Superior goes on to win 8-2.

The Reds played a second game against Eau Claire where they fell 10-2. They will hit the field again on Wednesday at 4 p.m. taking on the La Crosse Post 77 in an elimination game.
