Located in Virginia, The Freeze 32 Degrees is a locally owned ice cream shop that many are visiting to beat the heat this summer.
Owners Kimmy and John Dickinson took over from the original owner who opened the shop back in 1956. And have carried on the ice cream with their malts, shakes, breezes, and cones.
The Freeze 32 Degrees is a staple of the summer in Virginia, opening after the last day and closing before the new school starts again in the fall.
You can find more information on their shop, including their hours, here on their Facebook.
Along with their mammoth sized cones, the shop takes pride in their staff. Inside their building, The Freeze 32 Degrees has pictures of every worker ever and “family” photos of the staff of that year.
That’s a tradition that has even continued on into 2023. Kimmy said they had their 2023 pictured scheduled after this story was filmed.
