A celebration of marriage was going to happen rain or shine Saturday in Duluth.
After having a smaller ceremony last September due to the pandemic, Brandon and Susan Johnson finally planned to have their big party Saturday in Brandon’s hometown of Duluth.
However, what they didn’t see coming this time however was the weather.
After some quick adjustments, that included putting up a tent and finding some outdoor heating, the party went on and they were finally able to have their big celebration.
