St. Paul Police ask for help locating missing man

The St. Paul Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 50-year-old, Kou Yang. Police say family members last had contact with Yang on July 3. They reported him missing on Friday. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issued a Missing Person Alert on Sunday evening.

Police say it is unknown where he was or his destination at that time. Yang is described as a 5-foot-tall, 125-pound Asian man with black hair and brown eyes. He could possibly be driving a white 2014 GMC Savanna cargo van with MN plate GMS420.

He does have family ties in Milwaukee, WI area.
