Spooner Rodeo geared up to impress for its 67th year

Check out all the action at the 67th annual Heart of the North Spooner Rodeo. The fan favorite event is coming up July 8-10th.

The Spooner Rodeo Queen, Samantha Kennell, told us, "One of the biggest things I’m excited about it seeing all the fans. We had to skip an entire year, and didn’t get to see all of the fans who come out and support us every single year. The little girls who look up to you and beam, I’m so excited to see all of those faces."

Ashlynn Norton, the princess, added, "It’s been running for 67 years, and to have to take a year off was tough for us But we’re back and better than ever."

The two added there is something for everyone.

Family Night is Thursday, and for $40, two adults and up to five kids can come visit. There is a parade on Saturday.
