Limited beta testing for video game streaming on Netflix is coming to the U.S., after trials in the U.K. and Canada. Only two games will be available. Testers will have to download Netflix’s controller app.

You can now logon to your Whatsapp account, without typing in your password, if you have an Android device. Users can use their phone’s facial recognition or fingerprint scanner. So no more two-factor authentication. The Whatsapp passkey support follows Google, which did the same last week.

Finally, Spotify is making it easier for fans to purchase gear featuring their favorite artists. A new merchandise hub provides recommendations based on your listening habits. Users can browse an artist’s merchandise items, then purchase them through the artist’s “store”.
