UMD men’s hockey adds exhibition game against St. Thomas

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men’s hockey team announced on Wednesday they have added a New Year’s Eve exhibition game against the University of St. Thomas.
Puck drop at AMSOIL Arena on December 31st has yet to be determined.
This will break up what would have been a 26 day break in the Bulldogs regular season schedule. It will mark the two programs’ first meeting since 1963.
The Tommies just made the jump from Division III to Division I last season.
UMD will drop the puck on their 2022-2023 slate October 1st hosting Arizona State University. For their full schedule, click here.
