Kenny Johnson’s late-season Alpine Coaster ride at Spirit Mountain had beautiful fall colors and no shortage of screaming.

“The cart is 100% attached to the tracks and you get to control the speed,” Resort Director Jon Regenold explains.

“It’s twisty-turny through the woods, and it opens up into this beautiful expanse overlook above the St. Louis River and Lake Superior.”

The coaster is for ages as young as 3 with a parent– to those who are young at heart.

Spirit Mountain Adventure park is now closed for the season.
