More light rain and snow

The Northland weather remains interesting through the rest of the week before quieting down going into this weekend. More rain is likely as we head through the evening and into Thursday. Winds turn to the west for Thursday and become windy, with wind gusts of up to 35 mph, then diminish for Friday and Saturday.

There is the potential for some light accumulations of 1-2” up north of the Iron Range tonight through Thursday. Skies will remain cloudy today through Friday, before decreasing on Saturday. Temperatures will also begin to warm up as we get toward the end of the weekend. By the middle of next week, temperatures will likely climb into the 50s and possibly 60s and be well above average.

A 30 percent chance of snow after 5am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 30. Breezy, with a west wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
THURSDAY
A 30 percent chance of snow, mainly before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 38. Windy, with a west wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph.

Mostly cloudy, with a high near 35. Breezy, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.

Partly sunny, with a high near 37. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon.
SUNDAY
