Sabrina Ullman: Chance of rain Monday

November 19 evening forecast

Temperatures will drop over the next few days, with a cool Thanksgiving in the forecast.

Tonight will be cloudy with overnight lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. Cloudy skies and a light southeast wind will continue into Monday.

Monday will have afternoon highs in the low 40s. This will be the warmest day for at least a week. There is a chance of rain late Monday night, mostly staying in northern Minnesota.

With temperatures cooling, snow will mix in early Tuesday morning. This may cause a slick commute for some areas north of the Twin Ports. Chances of precipitation gradually decrease Tuesday morning with dry weather likely for the remainder of the week.

Tuesday will be only a few degrees cooler than Monday but feel like more of a drop in temperature due to a strong, gusty northwest wind. Clouds will clear by the afternoon.

Clear skies and windy conditions will be the trend for the remainder of the week. Afternoon highs will be under freezing starting on Wednesday.
