Be a part of the 9th annual Holiday Toy Drive at Barnum Elementary
Christmas will be here before you know it, and the frenzy of holiday shopping continues.
The Barnum Elementary School would love some community support for their 9th annual Holiday Toy Drive.
They will be supporting 57 students with this drive, which will be the biggest they’ve had. Each student gets about 10 presents. “We love hard on our kids,” Nikki Kresky told us. She’s the school counselor running the show.
“This all started when a student came in 9 years ago and said they wanted to spend all their birthday money on presents for others,” Kresky explained.
Staff will wrap the presents on Monday night.
You can drop off new and unwrapped toys through Monday, the 18th, at the elementary school office or Mrs. Kresky’s office.
