The Process: Kettlebell Swing
Brigette Williams of Living Balanced explains the proper form and technique for Kettlebell Swings.
“This move may seem easy, but many people don’t do the move correctly,” Brigette explains that it requires good hip strength and mobility.
Find a moderate weight- that feels easy to pick up but feels slightly heavy.
Feet are hip width apart. Slightly bend knees and hinge hips back as you drive the weight between your legs, keeping your hands by your inner thighs.
Repeat the movement 10-15 times for 3 sets.
