Gunflint Mail Run rescheduled for Feb. 10

The Gunflint Mail Run, originally scheduled for Jan. 6, has a new date: Feb. 10.

The race’s board of directors decided in late December to postpone the race because of a lack of snow in northern Minnesota.

The 65-mile, 10-dog race starts at Trail Center Lodge on the Gunflint Trail and loops up to Kings Road and back.

They are recruiting volunteers to help with road crossings, traffic control, and more.
