Justin Liles: Light snow or flurries all week
Our next chance for accumulating snow arrives through the day Monday, continuing into Tuesday morning. A trace to a couple inches is possible, with current forecasts putting the highest amounts from the Brainerd Lakes to the International Border and along the North Shore. Some lake effect snow could linger along the South Shore into Wednesday.
Winds will pick up out of the north Tuesday which will likely lead to additional lake effect along the south shore. Our pattern will remain semi-busy this week with light snow and or flurries all week. Another snowy system is possible late in the week, with a couple inches of accumulation possible. Lake enhanced snowfall is possible, and this system will be followed by falling temperatures.
