Tonight will be cloudy with a northwest wind of 5-15 mph. Overnight lows will be mostly in the teens, but a few spots along the Iron Range will drop to the single digits. More snow is likely for the South Shore tonight into early Monday.

Monday will be slightly warmer than it was today with highs in the 30s. High pressure aloft will not only cause winds to weaken Monday morning but also bring in dry air.

There is a slight chance of a few flurries Monday into Tuesday with a dusting of accumulation at most. Conditions will be dry to start the week.

Wind speeds will increase Tuesday, and temperatures will warm to the low 40s for areas south of the Twin Ports. Near-critical fire weather will be a risk for at least the first few days of this week, especially on Wednesday.

There is a chance of snow later this week. Right now, it is looking like the system in question will be mostly to our south but still bring a little bit of precipitation our way. The Storm Track Weather Team will provide more information on the timing and amounts as it gets closer.
