Warm weather coming

Skies tonight will likely be mild. Heading into tomorrow we should see plenty of sunshine with a mix of clouds. Winds will be light out of the southwest. Temperatures around the Northland will range anywhere from the 50s and 60s. Temperatures along the shoreline of the Northshore and head of the lake may see temperatures slightly cooler than the rest of the region. A few showers and thunderstorms will be possible during the late afternoon and early evening hours north of the Iron Range late Wednesday into Thursday. Thursday will be the coolest over the next several days. Highs are expected to climb well into the upper 50s and lower 60s through the weekend. On Saturday, some areas south of the Twin Ports may see temperatures closer to 70°.
