The “i love you guys” Foundation brought a specialized training to Duluth that’s focused on keeping our kids safe in the classroom.

Hundreds of people from around the country attended the two day event at the DECC.

It’s one of the first times the training has come here, according to leaders from the state.

And it can be utilized for other situations, not just threats of violence.

The foundation got its name from a text message that a girl sent her family during a school shooting in Colorado.
