Justin Liles: Areas of dense fog tonight
It looks as if we are for the rain parade this week. Fog will take over tonight. Heavy dense fog near the big lake is likely. The early morning commute maybe impacted with poor visibilities. By mid-morning fog will start to burn off and we should start to see more clearing, paving the way for some afternoon sun. Many parts of the region will return to the mid-50s and lower 60s.
This will be a brief window of sun as round 2 of more rain arrives late Wednesday through Thursday. This will bring in some scattered showers and potentially some thunderstorms. Wednesday will get windy again out of the west with winds blowing from 20-25 mph. Another round of rain is expected by the end of the week and into the weekend. Temperatures will be rather warm this weekend too, with highs in the 50s and 60s.
