Ventriloquist and musician Todd Oliver and his sidekick/dog Irving stopped by The Lift to preview their show on Sunday, May 5 at 2 p.m. at the West Theater. Tickets rage from $12-25 and it’s for all ages.

Oliver started doing stand up comedy at the age of eleven. He found his niche in ventriloquism, volunteering at schools, hospitals, and nursing home.

He tells The Lift “I was looking at my dog and I thought, ‘I bet you have a lot to say.’ And that changed everything.”

Since incorporating Irving into his act, he has been featured on America’s Got Talent and the David Letterman Show.
