Fleet Farm honoring fallen Veterans with Taps Across the America

On Memorial Day several Fleet Farms throughout the Midwest are honoring fallen Veterans with volunteer buglers playing Taps.

On Memorial Day, several Fleet Farms honoring fallen Veterans with volunteer buglers playing Taps. This is a decade long tradition, of playing Taps Across America.

The brief ceremony includes a moment silence before playing the military song. Fleet Farms honoring fallen veterans begins with their operations and having a volunteer bugler play Taps.

All 49 stores in Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota, and Wisconsin played the military song giving respect to the men and women who gave their lives defending our nation.

Taps Across America tribute started in 2015 by Taps for veterans founder Jari Villanueva. The idea was to invite buglers and musicians to sound Taps from their front porches all at the same time. The response was overwhelming with more than 10,000 musicians joined nationwide.
