UPDATE: Two teens taken into custody after 75-year-old reported he was assaulted and robbed in DECC parking ramp

The Duluth Police Department says two teens have been taken into custody for a possible connection involving a 75-year-old man who reported being assaulted and robbed in the DECC parking ramp on Monday.

Just after 4 p.m. the man told officers that three juveniles were responsible. Police say two teens have been taken into custody and are pending charges.
