The Duluth Central Labor Body wraps up their month-long food drive

The Duluth Central Labor Body, an organization of local area unions, wrapped up their month-long food drive and distributed the donations to local food shelves Thursday June 27th.

“I was really blown away by how our community stepped up,” said AFI CIO Corey Cusick. “I didn’t know what to expect since it’s our first year, but I was beyond thrilled to see how much food got donated and I’m excited to give it away to these great organizations.”

The recipient organizations are Second Harvest Northland, CHUM, and Union Gospel Mission.
