Afternoon highs will be in the low 70s near the international border, but the rest of the Northland will warm to the upper 70s and low 80s.

Clouds return for the 4th of July, but rain chances have decreased. Spotty showers are possible during the day, but it looks like evening rain chances will stay south of the Twin Ports.
