The 4th of July has come and gone, but that doesn’t mean that events in Duluth are slowing down anytime soon. Jason Vincent shares his picks:

Movies in the Park starts Friday July 12 in Leif Erickson Park. It’s every Friday through July and August. Barbie is kicking off the season.

Festival by the Lake is Saturday, July 13 in Bayfront Festival Park. Enjoy music, shopping, and great food. The event is a fundraiser, in part, for the Bluebird Foundation.

The Armory Reunion Party is also on Saturday, Jul 13. While military activity was the initial use, the building is best known for hosting some of the biggest names in entertainment: Johnny Cash, Liberace, Louis Armstrong, Sonny & Cher, Diana Ross, and the Beach Boys. There will be on big celebration before the historic building closes for restoration.

Bayfront Reggae & World Music Festival is Saturday, July 20 back in Bayfront Festival Park. Enjoy performers from around the world and international eats. Proceeds from tickets benefit the Jamaica Minnesota Organization.
