Netflix is scrapping its cheapest ad-free subscription plan in the U.S., after doing the same in Canada and the U.K. Customers now paying $11.99 for the basic plan will have to pay at least $15.99, or they can opt for a $6.99 subscription that includes ads.
College students can now get a deal on streaming. Max is offering a fifty-percent discount on its ad-supported plan for verified students. The discount brings the cost down to five dollars a month.
Google is taking control of “Pixel Nine Pro” leaks. Following a series of leaks, Google has revealed the phone early. The official unveiling is set for August thirteenth, showcasing a massive camera bump and AI integration.
