Pet of the Week: Arrow

Pet of the Week: Arrow

In Good Morning Northland's Pet of the Week with Animal Allies, we're featuring Arrow. This adorable yet energetic ball of energy is looking for a loving home. For more information head to the GMN page on WDIO.

Arrow is a 3-year-old pup eagerly seeking a loving home. Having been at the shelter since March 8, 2024, Arrow is an energetic and active dog who is smaller in size but extremely muscular. Arrow’s favorite toys include Rahrdog balls and any type of rope toy, and he can entertain himself for hours with a ball. After burning off his initial energy, Arrow loves to lounge on comfy beds and gnaw on chew bones and hard toys. Though he may seem a bit aloof at first, given time to warm up, Arrow becomes a loyal and devoted friend.

Arrow’s ideal home would be with active people who are willing to continue his training, benefiting from free follow-up sessions with R&R. He is very treat-motivated, making training enjoyable and effective. The shelter staff suggests that Arrow would do best in a home without young children until he learns more manners. Overall, Arrow is a happy-go-lucky, active dog who enjoys anything he can pitty shred.
