Finn Fest continues on in Duluth at the DECC. I runs throughout the weekend.

And while you can see the culture and history of the Finnish culture at the festival, they are also focusing on the future of the culture. Especially with their saunas.

Event coordinator Ira Salmela says that last year people said they wanted to see more saunas at the festival. So this year she invited a majority of the sauna businesses to the festival, including the sauntoon.

The sauntoon is a sauna built on top of a pontoon, owner Kraig Anderson says this is the first time it’s been out in the public eye.
