Duluth’s Crisp & Green to open Saturday, partnering with St. Luke’s Foundation for Thursday event

Crisp and Green previews what’s in store ahead of Saturday’s opening

Crisp and Green, a new healthy fast casual restaurant is opening in Duluth on Saturday, August 3rd. Courtney Earle joined Good Morning Northland to preview what's in store.

Crisp & Green is set to open a new location in Duluth, offering a variety of nutritious options for the community. Courtney Earle, a representative from Crisp & Green, joined Good Morning Northland to share the exciting news and details about the grand opening events.

“We’re so excited to be in Duluth,” Earle said.

Crisp & Green will be having a special event on Thursday, August 1st before their opening on Saturday. They’re hosting a special give-back night in partnership with the St. Luke’s Foundation. “They’re taking cash donations at the door in exchange for a free meal from Crisp & Green,” Earle explained.

The restaurant offers more than just salads. “We do green bowls, wraps, acai bowls, smoothies, and we’re a scratch-made kitchen as well. Everything is made from scratch, including our dressings,” Earle said.

Located at 1010 Woodland Ave, right across from the UMD campus, Crisp & Green aims to cater to the needs of college students as well as the local community.

The grand opening will take place on Saturday, August 3rd, featuring a fitness event in the morning with Move with Cass starting at 9:30 a.m. with the grand opening taking place at 10:30 a.m.

“Bringing all these nutritious options that really meet people where they’re at and fueling their wellness journey is our goal,” Earle emphasized.
