There are still homes coming on the market during the busy summer months of buying or selling, and Kaitlyn Beise and the Tidy Details crew get their hands on a lot of them.

They offer a couple kinds of staging services.

“We always say we stage anywhere from A to Z and all the gray in between,” Beise said.

Beise says the strategy is different when they’re working with a blank slate in a vacant home versus putting the final touches on a lived-in home. She doesn’t think there’s an advantage to one or the other; it’s all about the best fit for the seller.

“There’s always compromise within staging. So if it’s too much work to pack up everything prior to, then of course we don’t want to put them in that situation,” Beise said. “Or if they need to get all their furnishings out and get to the next spot for work or whatever the case may be, then sometimes it’s helpful to go the vacant route.”
