The UMD volleyball team is gearing up to replicate another big season as they were selected to finish 5th in the NSIC Pre-season poll. League coaches voted on who they thought would take home the conference title for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

The Bulldogs captured the conference championship last in 2018, they made it to the NCAA central regional in both the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.

Senior Samantha Paulsen was also listed as a player to watch. Paulsen registered Second Team all-conference honors while tallying 246 kills in the 2023-24 season, good for second among the team in 28 matches.
