Lea Zmurko:  A sunny start to the school year.

September 3: Sunshine and warm winds

Temperatures will be in the upper 70s across the Northland as winds from the southwest continue to bring in warm, dry air.

Another bright day for the start of the school year. The Northland will be seeing sunshine and temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s by the afternoon. A few light passing showers may be spotted across the northern regions of the Iron this afternoon. Tomorrow the sunny, bright conditions will continue for the day part.
