Trying ‘The Troll’ with Burger Paradox
The Troll burger is a nod to Oktoberfest and a fall menu with horseradish, honey mustard, sauerkraut and pretzel bun.
Kevin Ilenda, General Manager of Burger Paradox in Duluth, broke in The Lift’s new kitchen.
Ilenda made “The Troll,” a burger with cheese, sauerkraut, french-fried onions, and horseradish honey mustard on a pretzel roll.
It will be part of Burger Paradox‘s new fall menu, which starts on Wednesday.
