The Hermantown volleyball team defeated Duluth Denfeld 3-0 Thursday night at Hermantown High School. The Hawks stay undefeated improving to 8-0 on the season.

Hermantown took set one 25-12, set two 25-11, and set three 25-18. Gabi Arntson led the Hawks in kills with 13, and Hope Kohanski and Claire Kaups led in digs with 13 each. Kaups also led in serving aces with four, and Mikayla Sweeney topped their set assists stat with 14.

Hermantown (8-0) next hosts Pine City Monday, September 23 at 7 p.m. Denfeld (6-10) next battles Hill-Murray Saturday, Sept. 21 at 9 a.m. in the Greyhound Invitational at Duluth East High School.
