Creatives are always welcome at Studio Cafe!

Creative space “Studio Cafe” opening in Duluth

Duluth just got a new space for people to express themselves while enjoying a cup of coffee. On GMN, Nyah interviewed the owner and a common patron of the new "Studio Cafe" on Superior Street to see what visitors might expect.

There’s a new spot to hang out in Duluth that’s aimed at finding your inner creativity. It’s called Studio Cafe, located at 102 W Superior Street.

Owner of Studio Cafe, Pete Pascente, joined GMN’s Nyah Adams to chat about what this means for the community. “I want to build community around certain things over time no matter what art form you like,” said Pascente.

That’s why every Monday, you can find Corey Roysdon doing free tarot card readings at the Cafe. He says it’s incredible to have a space to get creative in. You can get a reading every Monday from 8 a.m.- Noon.

There are also a variety of different art supplies you can use free of charge once you enter the cafe doors, making this an accessible space as well. They also accept donations if you are looking to get rid of some crafting supplies!

Right now, Studio Cafe is serving Underwood Coffee which is roasted right here in Duluth. Only two weeks old, Pascente says there will be food options available once things settle in.

Studio Cafe will be holding a grand opening soon, you can find more information on studiocafeduluth.com.
