UMD volleyball finds their groove against Bemidji State

University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) volleyball suffered two heartbreaking losses in five sets to Winona, then Concordia-St. Paul the next day. Thursday night, they sought redemption on the road as they matched up against Bemidji State.

The Bulldogs have gone 11-0 against the Beavers since 2013.

UMD jumped out to a 2-set early lead. Madeline Guetzkow was on the kill, racking in 10 kills against the Beavers, bringing the Bulldogs to 20-12 in the third. But BSU forces a fourth set. Rylie Bjerklie adds another 6-kills for the Beavers, Bemidji would take the fourth set as well.

In the fifth. Cianna Selbitschka smacked down one of her game leading 16-kills, and the Bulldogs would clinch their first regular season win.
