I-35 and Lake Ave ramps back open, more work ahead

The I-35 Lake Avenue bridge ramps re-opened Friday, along with the Michigan Street onramp to northbound I-35. These haven’t been open since June.

More work started on Friday as well. The 5th Avenue West to I-35 northbound ramp will be closed through late October. There will be left lane closures on both sides of the interstate during this time.

This is part of a two-year project with concrete pavement repair and bridge work in the Duluth portion of I-35. More information is available online.
