Justin Liles: Some much needed rain returns this weekend

October 12th: A cooler and wetter weekend

A cooler and wetter weekend

Clouds will be on the increased overnight and will lead to a cooler Saturday and Sunday with some rainfall. Saturday night and Sunday will see the most rain, with the highest rainfall over far northeastern Minnesota and the majority of northwest Wisconsin.

Winds will increase again out of the north on Sunday to up to 20 mph behind the rain. Cooler temperatures are forecasted for early to mid-next week as dry weather returns. The rain this weekend may help out with our burning restrictions right now but drier air returns next week.
