UMD men’s hockey can’t keep up with UMass-Lowell

UMD men’s hockey found their first win of the 2024-25 season on Friday against UMass-Lowell, but weren’t able to do the same on Saturday, falling 4-1.

The Bulldogs allowed a goal in the first period and three in the second, including one just seconds into the second.

Jack Smith was the lone goal scorer for the Bulldogs, as he found the back of the net in the third period.

The Bulldogs next take on the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Friday at 7 p.m.
