Tech Bytes: Apple’s iPad Mini Returns

Lacking an upgrade since 2021, the iPad Mini returns with new features like Apple's personal intelligence and Apple Pencil Pro support. Google's Android 15 rolls out on Google Pixel devices, coming with new security features. Google Shopping adds personalized feed that will recommend products you make like.

Apple’s new iPad Mini, in its first upgrade since 2021, is more powerful than previous versions and runs Apple’s personal intelligence system. It can be used with the new Apple “Pencil Pro.” The Mini goes on sale next Wednesday, starting at $500.

Google’s Android 15 operating system is now available for Pixel devices. It includes some major new security features, including a “Private Space” for apps you don’t want others to see. The operating system also lets users pin and unpin the taskbar for easier access to their apps.

And finally, “Google Shopping” is rolling out a personalized feed to show you products you might like. It displays what you recently shopped for, along with recommended products you may be interested in. The feed is personalized from your recent Google searches and YouTube videos you’ve watched.
